Events and Conferences

“About Cancer and Nutrition” is the title of the conference, held in two editions in 2015 e 2017, which the Gynecological Oncology Department in St.Orsola Polyclinic, directed by Pierandrea De Iaco, has organised in partnership with the Hospital Catering Service , in order to focus on the importance of nutrition as primary and secondary prevention in malignant disease.

While the first edition of the conference was addressed only to specialists in the field, the second one has covered two days, the first one with a scientific approach and the second one – open to everyone - with a more general approach.
We’ve defined the conference format, conceiving and developing  concept and logo, implementing the corporate image in all communication tools.

We’ve dealt with the planning and organisation of the conference, coordinating the project partners, managing the relations with the suppliers. We’ve liaised with the speakers and the participants and managed the ECM procedures.
We’ve taken care of the conferences promotion, both through online and traditional actions addressed to specialists in the field, and to citizens. In particular, as Press Office with worked hand to hand with St.Orsola Polyclinic, and developed relations with the main Associations related to the conference’s themes.

We’ve also developed contacts with  sponsors, involving companies consistent with the event themes.
