Events and Conferences

With the role of Organizing Secretariat, we’ve provided support for the planning and organisation of several national and international conferences for the Department of Agricultural Sciences in Bologna. In particular, we can quote inter alia, XI Orchard Systems Symposium, XIV Eucarpia Symposium, 5° AIEAA Conference, Trafoon Training Workshop, XII Giornate Scientifiche SOI, International Food Marketing Research Symposium, Food Micro 2006.

We’ve dealt with the management of the event to 360 degrees, from the initial steps of strategic counselling, definition of the identity and fundraising, to the coordination of the organisational aspects.

Moreover, as per our usual way of working, we  offer services in accordance with the available budget, looking for the best solutions in terms of price-quality: once we’ve covered the main services, we define, together with the Organizing Committee, the other aspects, with the goal of reaching a positive economic balance.
